Shipping Policy

Courier Company ：

All item will be shipped by Poslaju /Nationwide/Skynet

There's no shipping on Friday and Saturday & Sunday due to most courier company are off in Johor State  .

 

Ready Stock Items:
We will process your order ship out within 48hours after payment.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-2 working days by Poslaju or Nationwide Express after it have been sent.

Pre-Order Items:
Closing date every wednesday 6pm and will arrived within 7-14 working days .

P/S: Appreciate do not order if you can't wait as sometimes due to vary occasions (flight delayed,bad weather,custom hold) ,the stock might arrived late

Example based on this calender :

1.Purchase Pre-order item on 2th, Closing date on 3th will received item from 12-19th 

2.Purchase Pre-order item on 4th ,Closing Date on 10th , which from 10th calculate 7-14 days , estimated receive item from 19-26th 

Incorrect Shipping Address
 

  • Missyakiplus will send out a payment confirmation email with the shipping address stated in the email.
  • Any incorrect shipping addresses can be changed by clicking on the My Account link in the mentioned email.
  • Shipping addresses can be changed before your products are packed by Missyakiplus.
  • Missyakiplus is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect shipping addresses.

Return Policy

Exchange Policy : 

If Size does not fit ,We accept exchange within 7 days but customer have to bear for the postage Fees

  1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  2. Attached the postage fees in the parcel, and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Include all original packing with tag/label on 
  4. Kindly request return address at info@missyakiplus.com

Note : Postage Fees (RM8 for west Msia , RM11 for Sarawak and RM13 for Sabah )  

 

NO EXCHANGE :

*All Discounted/Sales/Clearance item are final price therefore it cant be exchange

* Inner wear due to hygeine purpose . Example : Stocking , Panties ,Pantyhose ,Sexy lingerie 

* Dislike the design /Colour/Cutting would not be allowed to exchange 

unless the size required have been out of stock then you might either choose for alternative or request for refund .
